• Lead High School Teacher

    Jessica Forray

Jessica Forray, the lead high school teacher, is a certified teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Houston with over 15 years of experience. Born and raised in Houston, she lives in Richmond with her husband, Chris, and three boys, Jacob, Noah and Caleb. In addition to being a teacher, Jessica is also a mom to a child with learning disabilities and other challenges so she is very in tune with the Knile student population. She actually came to Knile seeking the right fit for her son, Noah, and fell in love with the school. She originally signed on as the PE and Nutrition Teacher and jumped at the chance to become the lead high school teacher when the position became available as she had found teaching high school as her second calling. She works tirelessly to help the students feel successful and become an active and accountable participant in their education. She is passionate about engaging and empowering high school students and preparing them for the real world. She focuses on setting them up for success and opening as many doors as possible for their future. She encourages and challenges them to grow their mindset to unlock their potential. In addition to being a teacher, Jessica is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She enjoys yoga, reading and going to concerts.

“Love challenges, be intrigued by mistakes, enjoy effort and keep on learning.”
