“Your mind will always believe everything you tell it… So feed it faith, feed it strength, feed it love.”

My name is Victoria Guzman and I am the Resource & Wellness Coordinator. I am originally from Quito, Ecuador and have lived overseas for many years. I moved to the United States when I was in high school, and studied Psychology at UT Austin. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston and have been working with children and families since 2012. I work closely with mental health and wellness related issues and help families connect with the right services.

When I am not working at the KnILE Center, I provide counseling to individuals and families. On the weekends I enjoy spending my time outdoors with my dog Marceline, family and friends. I am an avid traveler and am always looking for opportunities to explore this incredible and diverse world we live in.

I’m passionate in helping individuals reach their full potential and have been privileged to help students succeed in becoming confident, resilient and empowered individuals. Seeing children and adolescents find their true passions and exceed their own goals and expectations is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experiences. I hope to offer assistance, guidance and support to students and families who need educational and wellness services.
